Shears

Material thickness from 0,3 mm to 16 mm Max Material width 2100 mm

LDM builds several types of shears:

• For cut-to-length lines:

– fixed shears with cut-off controlled by power drive along with clutch and brake;
– flying shears similar to the above one, but mounted on the movable basement with recirculating screw-balls and motor-gearbox drive with inverter for high accuracy of cutting-off.

• For slitting lines:

– rotary blades;
– rotary blades shears for coil edges trimming.

LDM also supplies scrap recoilers and scrap choppers of several models and dimensions developed by our designers for further scrap processing.

• For all types of lines:

– butt shears with hydraulic drive for trimming the coil head and tail ends.
